Position Summary:
The Discipleship Minister provides vision, leadership, and oversight for Wilkinson Church of Christ’s comprehensive discipleship strategy. This individual will help people grow into mature, reproducing followers of Jesus by developing clear pathways for spiritual growth, equipping leaders, and fostering a culture of intentional disciple-making across the church.
