MinistryCareers.org is a service of the Christian Church Leadership (CCL) Network. CCL’s mission is to provide personalized support that empowers ministers to build strong churches of every size.

To that end, we created MinistryCareers.org as a resource for churches seeking qualified staff members. If you are searching for your next preaching minister, children’s pastor, or another staff member, we would love to share your job posting with our extensive network.

This site is also a resource for ministers and church staffers who are prayerfully seeking their next place of service. Check out our current job postings and sign up to be notified when new opportunities are added.

CCL primarily serves churches and church leaders affiliated with the Restoration Movement. This movement dates back to the early nineteenth century. It does not seek to start something new, but rather to restore something very old, namely the principles and practices of the New Testament church.

Restoration Movement churches do not bear the names of individuals or denominations. Rather, these churches often have simple names such as “Christian Church” or “Church of Christ.”

These churches have “no creed but Christ” and follow “no book but the Bible.” The believers in Restoration Movement churches also readily acknowledge that they are “Christians only, but not the only Christians.”

Churches and applicants not affiliated with the Restoration Movement are more than welcome to use MinistryCareers.org. We just wanted to give you a glimpse into who we are and the churches we primarily serve.
