Since 1851, God has used Stanford Baptist to reach the lost with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to help believers grow in faith and love. We are seeking someone passionate about leading contemporary worship in a style similar to K-LOVE or Air-1, who will work alongside our pastor and worship team to lead meaningful worship experiences for our congregation.
The position includes:
• Leading worship for Sunday and Wednesday services
• Planning worship services with the pastor
• Overseeing the worship and audio/visual ministry
• Coordinating musicians and worship team members
• Assisting with special services and conferences
We prefer someone who can sing and play either guitar or keyboard. Experience with audio/visual ministry is helpful.
Compensation is negotiable depending on experience and responsibilities, with a typical salary range of $15,000–$20,000 annually.
