RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Oversee the management of finances, budgeting, and organizational procurement, including ensuring applicable policy compliance.
● Oversee the management of information technology, both internal network infrastructure as well as key software solutions for supporting ministry.
● Oversee the management and care of all property and facilities.
● Oversee the administration of all human resource functions for the support and management of staff.
● Work directly with the Lead Pastor and/or Executive Pastor to shape vision and strategy for those areas of responsibility within the Operations Department.
● Directly lead, manage, and hold accountable all Operations staff in carrying out established vision and strategy.
● Ensure the effective building, training, and leading of required volunteer teams.
● Build and manage the Operations budget and ensure its proper stewardship.
● Track key performance indicators and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
● Proven experience identifying leaders as well as building and leading teams
● Ability to think strategically and creatively
● Self motivated and able to work independently
● Strong project management skills
● Bachelor’s degree preferred
