Executive Director
FAME (Fellowship of Associates of Medical Evangelism) is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Executive Director to serve as Chief Executive Officer and lead the organization in advancing its global mission. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, oversee programs and operations, guide fundraising efforts, ensure strong financial stewardship, and cultivate meaningful relationships with mission partners, churches, supporters, staff, and volunteers. Based in Indianapolis, IN, this role requires a visionary leader with a heart for missions, strong organizational and financial acumen, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally in support of FAME’s work.
The successful candidate will work alongside current Executive Director, Bill Warren during a planned transition period sometime prior to his retirement in 2027. This will allow for strong collaboration and continuity, keeping the focus where it belongs — on the ongoing mission of medical evangelism.
