Some specifics of what we are looking for:
- A calling and passion for leading and developing disciples of Christ of all ages
- A heart for the youth and their parents, connecting with them in a relational style ministry
- To partner with our current volunteer team to continue, strengthen, and improve our current Children’s Ministry
- To lead in creating, shaping, imagining, and building our Student Ministry
- Experience, training, and/or education in ministry is valued
Essentials for us:
- To be in an authentic and transparent relationship with God through Jesus Christ
- To be in love with Jesus with a commitment and passion for His mission and His Church
- To prioritize in this order: Jesus, Family, and then Miamitown Church of Christ
- To support and promote our Mission Statement and Core Values (found on our website)
- A solid understanding of scripture with a Restoration Movement background
