The Associate Minister leads the Discipleship Ministry and Connections Ministry, helping people grow in faith and fully engage in the life of MCC.
This role includes:
- Team leadership
- Volunteer development
- Pastoral care
- Occasional preaching
This is a full-time, salary position with benefits and reports to the Lead Minister.
