As a multi-generational congregation rooted in the belief that Jesus Christ alone holds the power to save and reign in our lives, we strive to express our gratitude for His gift of salvation through acts of love and service to our community.
For over 60 years, we've had the privilege of shining Christ’s light in Westerville, Ohio. Now, we're prayerfully seeking a full-time minister whose heart beats for the gospel and for outreach — someone ready to join our journey of faith and growth.
Minister Responsibilities
Preaching & Teaching
- Lead our pulpit ministry with biblically sound, engaging sermons

- Share the Word effectively with both seasoned believers and newcomers

- Support spiritual education through Bible classes and occasional group studies
Community & Congregational Engagement
- Participate in outreach initiatives and foster new opportunities to serve
- Shepherd members with compassion — offering support, prayer, and presence
Additional Opportunities
- Assist with worship-leading or collaborate with the worship team
- Other duties may be assigned based on gifts and congregational needs
Qualifications
- A thorough understanding of Scripture and a deep personal faith
- Effective communication skills and a relatable, engaging teaching style
- Community outreach or worship-leading experience preferred but not required. All experience levels are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
- We’re committed to caring for the minister who will serve our church family:
- Competitive annual salary, commensurate with experience.
- Parsonage. A newly constructed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home located on church property, with utilities included. Includes a spacious patio and large backyard..ideal for family gatherings or quiet reflection.
