Ross Christian Church (referenced as RCC going forward), is seeking a full-time minister who will be responsible for shepherding, caring, and developing spiritual formation to our church and community.
We expect the candidate to have a growing, personal relationship with Christ, and a big heart for people. This individual should possess good communication skills, an ability to think outside of the box, be able to work as both a team player and leader, develop leaders, lead a staff, and have efficient organizational skills.

Minister Purpose: To serve as minister to RCC; to lead, plan, and participate in services, activities, and community events that reflect the core values and vision of RCC in collaboration with the Elders and Youth Minister.

- Location: Ross, OH
- Sunday services: Bible Study, Worship Service
- In-person Sunday attendees: 75
Competencies:
- Be able to communicate effectively and clearly God’s word to the congregation.
- Have a deep genuine concern for the care and feeding of the congregation.
- Possess the ability to teach/model how Scripture informs our lives and how we live.
- Be knowledgeable of and committed to the “Restoration” principles of the New Testament Church.
- Have a basic understanding of the principles of counseling and be aware of the resources available.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Ability to lead and manage a staff effectively.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience preaching/teaching
- Leading a staff
- Seminary/Bible School education a plus
