Why do ministry on your own when you can be part of a team? We are looking to add to our NextGen Ministry team!
Our Wednesday night Ignite youth program (6-12) averages about 70 students and has had over 100 students attend at least three times this school year, plus over 25 regular adult volunteers.
However, numbers are not our focus. Our focus is to make sure every student in the Mountain View-Birch Tree area knows and has a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Our NextGen ministry needs have exceeded the capability of just one minister. Our goal is to have two positions that overlap, creating a team effort to make sure every student, and their family, is being ministered to. Our current minister will focus on all middle school students, as well as caring for girls in 6th-12th grades.
The new position will serve all high school students, as well as work with boys in 6th-12th grades.
A more specific job description will be sent upon request.
People who have a passion for leading high schoolers to Jesus and a servant’s heart should submit a resume to [email protected] or contact Lindsay Crouse, 417-934-6843 (church) or 304-671-5604 (cell) for more details.
Our goal is to fill the position by June 1, 2025.
