We’re looking for a passionate Youth Minister to guide our 7th–12th graders as they take their next step closer to Jesus.
This full-time role goes beyond leading a youth group—it’s about building a ministry that connects deeply with the mission of our growing church. You’ll foster spiritual growth, forge meaningful relationships, and equip students to live out their faith into college and beyond.

As our Youth Minister, you’ll lead a ministry aimed at helping Middle and High School students take their next step closer to Jesus. You’ll plan and oversee all aspects of youth ministry while collaborating with parents, volunteers, staff, and elders to create a strong, interconnected community that reflects the mission of our growing church.
This role is about more than just programming—it’s discipleship, leadership, and being a fully integrated part of our church staff. We see youth ministry as part of a larger journey that integrates seamlessly with the work of the whole church to help students and their families discover the life-changing power of Jesus. You’ll be part of a collaborative team passionate about seeing the church and the community flourish.
