Delphi Christian Church is a small (30-40 attendees), independent Christian Church governed by a Board of Elders, Deacons, and Trustees.
We are interviewing for a part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) Associate Pastor who will also have the opportunity to work a second job if he so wishes. Our local school system provides opportunities for substitute teaching, tutoring, driving a bus, etc. which would also allow our candidate opportunities to be involved within the community.
Expectations/responsibilities include:
- Establish youth programs
- Assist Sr. Pastor with special services and periodic Sunday services
- Participate in community functions on behalf of the church
- Coordinate special services with the staff or board and program chairmen
- It is anticipated that this person will become Sr. Pastor when the current pastor retires.
Compensation annual package will be in the range of $30,000 to $33,000 annually.
